Rooms decaying electric code violations uninformed policy's it's more roaches than a landfill black mold in walls consistent water leaks too and bottom floors water is only hot seasonally they show favoritism they go in your room in announced often things go missing from your room they take pictures of private items put folks on blast in local neighborhoodd they move off assumptions not facts money got stolen out my room I was also stolen from by the intake forks one light skinned black girl in the early months and this fat white girl later on I over laid her 50 she kept the 50 and lied and said I didn't give it to here i had just left tye bank i knew my exact dimensens I bet they one look in the camera and find that to be true the owner should random drug test it's entire staff and higher some people that aren't so grimey and can fix the issues at the place and stop listening to meth heads who get mad at you when you don't give them money or you park in their un designated parking spot or have a daughter with mental issues calling you a stalker for smoking a cigarette outside your room by the stairs next to your room who often tries to peep in your room while you're in your bed at night folks even tried to break in my room in the middle of the night while I was in there via ac unit they lied and said that wasnt on camera Rooms: Terrible broken beds to mold and roaches poor paint smells most time I was there hot water did not work during my stay at least when I had time to take a shower it was cold during the winter oh and roommate and not mine df Safety: Very unsafe

I ordered a laptop. It wasn't what I wanted so I sent it back. The laptop came up missing. When I addressed it the manager told me they don't allow things like that to be sent back. I told her the worker took it and told me ups will pick it up. When ups came there was no laptop to pick up. One of the employees stole my property and wouldn't address the issue. Rooms: The furniture smelled and was old. There were so many bugs I had to check out before my due date. Simply NASTY
