        Arrived at the hotel very early morning. Didnt get in until 2:30am. When we got to our room, the key didnt work. They could not figure it out so was put into another room. The room itself was dirty, gross looking with patches on the wall and a hole in the bathroom door. A almost finished roll of toilet paper. Floor looks like its not been mopped in a long time. Thank god the bed looked clean otherwise I would have just left. I just can not recommend this place

        DONT, AND I REPEAT DONT COME HERRE !!! me and my family had to move at 1 am from spotting bed bugs ignoring all the red flags we seen from first getting here .FIRSt bad bad customer service. TWO dirty hotel , the pool wasnt even clean and also the hotel stunk . SAVE MONEY AND TIME . im also gonna post pictures of the bed bug we found and the blood from it on the pillow from my grandmother smushing it .

        Absolutely awful. Booked a non smoking room and walked into a room that reeked of cigarettes. One inch gap in between the door so you can see straight outside when the door is closed. Walls were filthy. So many patch jobs on the walls it looked like everything in the room was falling apart. Microwave was hanging on by a thread looks like its about to fall. Had to stay the first nice since it was very late and we have a two year old. Told them we were not staying there the second night and wanted a refund. They said they cant give us a refund even though we were disgusted and didnt feel safe in the room and checked out well before check out time. Very disappointing. Bed was comfortable though, Ill let them have that.

        The room we stayed in smelled like POT. Our toilet leaked every time we flushed it and there were only 2 small pillows per queen bed. Our beds squeaked with evry move. But when we came down for breakfast we were VERY surprised I guess we should have read the reviews. The only option was cereal or a stale chocolate muffin, oh, and orange juice. Now I realize why this hotel is rated so poorly.
