Need to hire people with more than just a year or so of experience! However that would explain why this company doesnt understand Customer Service and pays only $8 an hour, people with experience can go else where and get at least $11 at any facility, because this is a hard job. Also Starbucks pays $9hr to start without any coffee experience, so don't let Home Health agencies low ball you because the reality is that the elderly pay thousands of dollars to stay at a facility that doesnt include the basic necessities of a cheap hotel!!
