We had a great experience with Factory Direct! We had been looking around for months and everything we found at other stores was either too big or too small. We worked with El when we came in and he made sure to take note of our criteria and show us the items on the floor that met that. We decided on a custom sectional and I will say that it was less expensive than what you can get "custom" from other stores. Just had it delivered today after 21 days (which is what they told us in store) and it is perfect! They also took our old couch with the delivery so that was nice as well. I would recommend El to anyone as he was so great to work with.

Repeat customer but never again. Only interested in making sale. Push expensive warranty which they don't back up.

All was friendly until the sale was completed . My sales lady spent the majority of her time informing me how much more she sold then anyone else. Couldnt answer technical questions whatsoever. I decided to by the model on the floor with a sale posted on it. Apparently there was also another disclosure they failed to mention and that pieces of the one on sale arent actually included. The manager took forever to get back and never returned calls as promised . It was not a good experience what so ever . User be sure to ask the questions as what you have agreed to purchase might not be what you thought .
