Rude and unhelpful staff, great Dr but he left. Office staff are very lazy and unprofessional.

I really liked my doctor, who is moving from Chattanooga, but a bit frustrated with the office. Google and their voice mail say they're open now - but no one is here. I just wish they had the politeness to put up a sign saying they're closed today. The people in the office are generally nice but it's hard to pickup paperwork at times - like today! UPDATE: I left a compliant by voice mail, and the office manager reached out to me. She was very nice and apologized for any inconvenience. I will be starting with a new doctor next month. If all goes well, I hope to update to four or five stars.

I really liked the doctor and the admin staff at the front desk. However, it's very difficult to get proper receipts for insurance reimbursement if they don't work directly with your provider. The doctor's office says they can't provide receipts with diagnosis codes; while the CHI hospital billing office can't provide a statement with the doctor's name clearly spelled out. Also, there was an incorrect diagnosis on one the statements, which my doctor removed - but it's still showing up on some of the statements. Horrible bureaucracy. I will probably have to switch to another integrative medicine doctor next year. Too much admin hassle here!

I wanted to get treatment here bc they are more holistic. I had swollen lymph nodes in January and they scheduled an appointment for me. I got there and the entire appointment was just a get to know you appointment which cost over $400-no treatment was offered, so I went back to my old pcp. Im having issues again, and am scheduled TODAY in one hour. They just called me to see if Id recently tested for Covid. They want me to test again and call them back BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO COVID TESTS IN A PRIMARY CARE OFFICE. The tests we have are expired. I would give zero stars for this practice if that was a choice. The practitioner I saw in January hardly let me get one word in. She was rushed and didnt even listen.

I was excited to find this office because it was close to home and my visit was actually a good visit. The reason I am giving 1 star is because of their deceptive billing practices. I was a new patient so I filled out the new patient paperwork that asked about my medical history and any other issues I had concerns about. What I didnt know was that if the doctor spoke to me about those issues during my visit, it would be billed as a second office visit and not part of my annual physical. I called the billing department and was told that if I go for a wellness visit, I shouldnt discuss any other issues because it will be billed as a second visit. How can I have a relationship with my doctor if Im not able to speak openly about my health? I dont even understand how this can be considered legal. I will definitely be finding a new doctor. I cant have a doctor that I cannot trust.
