Desmond inspected a home I'm trying to purchase in Ringgold, GA while living in another state, and thankfully quite accommodating for my SIL attending with me on video chat. He was very thorough and discovered a few items I'll be asking the seller to fix as well as a number of items I've summarized into a "punch list" to take care of as soon as I close. Scheduling was smooth, and I had the report quickly after the inspection. Highly recommend!!
