This Walgreens is by far the worse. Customer service is horrible. There is actually only one girl in the pharmacy who is nice which is Kayla!! But besides that there bed side manner is to be described as non existent. There system is down today and they can see my daughters prescription is due but that cant process it cause there system is down. Where is this my problem figure it out write it down and give me her medications! Its not rocket science! But thank you so much for being polite call back in a few hours and see? Yeah cause calling her us so convenient too. Or hey wait in line for twenty minutes and your prescription wont be ready for another 5 minutes no you cant wait right here but you can circle back around and wait another 20 minutes. I get my prescriptions here cause its close to my work and convenient but nothing about this pharmacy is convenient. So I suggest pick another one any other one but this one!

if I could give zero stars I would. Accepted an order, knew their system was down, and never contacted the customer. Terrible customer service even after I called and asked for the manager. NO ACCOUTABILITY

I was at the Walgreens on gunbarrel rd working over night with the paving crew , I am a female , I needed to use the rest room I seen the 24 hours open sign , I proceeded to find the ladies room and the cashier said it was locked at 8 o clock ,and she would NOT make an exception . I told her I was a female field worker on a crew just outside , it was obvious my truck was parked at the front door with all its lights flashing , the cashier proceeded to direct me to a gas station up the road , I chose not to use it as it was in a dark secluded scary corner , some times women should help one another shame on a poor judgment by your cashier that late night in my time of need . . .

There computers are always down. This seems to be an issue alot!! How bout do it by the old school way and enter in the computer later! So you are giving better customer service. Thank! Might need new management to guide them so they can do there job better. Not giving people there medications cause your computer is down is disappointing or call and transfer it where it can be handled!
