        Sent us a threatening letter stating it was their final effort to get us to pay on a past due account. We never received any statement before this not to mention it had only been 1 month since insurance processed it. This should have been our first bill. Ive never had a company send a threatening letter the first time they send a bill. Their billing department is incompetent and frankly dangerous.
