I can not say enough with how well pleased I am with the care that my Dad received. My said I'm impressed with the professionalism and the staff was exceptional. I just can't say enough about the professionalism of every staff member and the breakdown of the care that you are going to receive. Professional from front to back. Never even offered me a referral to a provider that takes denta quest. Once I found my own after calling my insurance and learning I had options not just the money on my flex card I was approved to get it all done 12k in dental work and only 2200 off my flex card. The lady up front who did this figuring and quote I needed didn't listen at all. I told her I only had 3900 in flex money and she came up with 13,500 and the dentist said I could have a second option of 5700 that I still couldn't afford. Thankfully I was more important to the provider I found than what was on my flex card. The lady was extremely rude and has been many times I've been in their. It seems it was all about the money and not what was the best way to repair my teeth! Dr Clark is an amazing Dentist and has always treated me with respect!
