My husband and I made the right choice when we hired Cole Construction as our custom homebuilder. After interviewing with 2 other builders, we came back to Cole. The first (obvious) reason is they are fixed cost which is huge when building a home. We knew how much money we were going to spend and it was on us to go over our budget. The second reason is we really liked Matt and Warren Cole and felt like we were in good hands. Our project manager was awesome and we enjoyed the entire process. We highly recommend them! Working with Cole Construction has been a wonderful experience for our family. We met with 3 builders and decided that Cole Construction was the perfect fit for several reasons: Matt Cole was a pleasure to speak with and we always felt he listened to us. Our project manager, Pasquele) was great to work with and we always felt comfortable reaching out and asking questions. Nichole was very pleasant to work with and she guided us through the selection process which was a lot of fun. We moved into our house in June of 2022 and love it more and more each day. We met with Matt & Warren Cole a few years back at the home show and instantly liked them after meeting a few other builders. The fixed-cost was definitely attractive to us and one of the deciding factors of hiring Cole Construction. Building our house on Signal Mountain held its challenges but the Cole Brothers team was helpful and offered suggestions to save money, which we obviously appreciated. Our 2-story home is beautiful and considering the shortage of labor and materials, we are more than satisfied with the entire process. We had been warned that builders were overcharging and that our price would be close to $300 sq/ft so we were pleasantly surprised that we were closer to $270 sq/ft. Our project manager (Pasquel) was awesome to work with and he always had a smile on his face and responded to our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Cole Construction to build your dream home.

Hello! Relocating from Baltimore was a challenge in of itself (3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats and my mother-in-law), so building a house without physically being in Chattanooga was a little scary. My husband and I flew to Chattanooga after calling 8 builders, 3 responded. We met the 3 builders and, although all 3 were awesome, we felt a pull toward Cole Construction. We were given a lot of information and we were offered references without even asking. We did call 4 of the references and heard a lot of great things about their process. We decided to sign a pre-construction agreement and give the deposit and we were put on their build schedule. We ran into a few issues, nothing that made us think we made the wrong decision, but when you think that a typical build has anywhere from 100 - 150 vendors and subs, that's a lot of moving parts and overall, we were extremely happy with Cole Construction.
