I had a serious Medicare case that I was dealing with years ago and like most, I had no idea of how the judicial system worked but after speaking and meeting with James felt much more at peace about the situation. James did what I feel most attorneys don't do and made sure I was knowledgeable and informed about the whole process and let me know what to expect before even speaking about money or anything else. He even took a little time to get to know me and ask about my life and that gave me a sense of peace. I feel most attorneys just want the money and to get your case over with asap but never felt like that with James. When it came time to get to business James and his office staff were awesome and fought for me every step of the way. I feel I had the best possible outcome for my case and am very happy with the outcome. I am not able to go into too much detail about my case but I'll just say that James made it to where I'd have a second chance and that I would be able to have a life and future with my family and you just can't put a price tag on family or freedom.
