Manager is rude. Needed to exchange clothes I bought online for smaller size and she wasnt helpful at all. She returned my items instead and gave me back Less than what I paid for them. Told me I could Call customer service if I had a problem. Then after arguing finally said she could price match the items to my receipt to re order them online.

Whenever I shop with friends they drag me here, I feel like everything is really small and overpriced (I'm a size 12 and with all the size 00 and xxs in my face, didn't bother digging to the bottom for something that probably wouldn't have fit me) but they do have some cute dresses that looked great on my xs friend :) I bought a few things from their Gilly Hicks collection online to skip the insane line. I second the reviews on the staff, everyone was extraordinary unprofessional and I had to play sales associate for my friends to hunt down staff to ask questions and help find everything they wanted.
