Lyric , Ren and Michael were fabulous to work with ! I have needed help with my phone and computer many times . They fix the issues quickly and I have not had any recurring problems. They are a team and truly care about the customer and making sure we are getting the best value and service. Lyric has warm smile to welcome you and set up service. Ren and Michael making it happen in the back getting us fixed and back online !! Grateful to this business and true people at this location !

Did a cheap job at replacing my screen. The screen shattered after 1 small drop and the surprising part is, it even had the screen protector on! and it still shattered the actual screen. Told me they changed my charging port and charged me for it! but they had not changed nor did anything to it at all.

Hi. Sorry that happened to you. We're glad to help. This was a water damaged Samsung a42. The screen was replaced with a fully original Service Pack screen, the same as it comes with new.. We first thought it was also a bad charging port but it was the cable that connects the port to the main board of the phone. That was also replaced. They may have not explained that super well. We're happy to help get it fixed up at a discount if it's been broken again. Just stop by and we can see what all we can do to help out.
