I did like shopping here, but the day I walked in and no one acknowledged me changed my mind so quickly! 10 seconds later a man walked in and you broke your neck speaking to him, and thats when I exited the store without making a purchase. If Im not good enough to get greeted, then you are not good enough for me to spend my money with you! I know you heard that loud ding when I opened the door!!!!!! I will not step my right or left foot/feet, whichever you choose back in this place of business if thats what you want to call it. I really never liked the atmosphere when I visited this place anyways but went because of the convenience. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience with you. Respectfully Yours, Moving On! I went there yesterday, early, around 10am, for human hair bundles, stayed in there for 30-45 to find the best hair they had, spent $72.08 exactly. Went home, the bundles were the wrong color (2 was like a sandy brown, I needed darker, but usually 2 is fine), and I noticed the hair was a fringe texture under the light. Absolutely fine, I figured Id just go to the store and get my money back. Again, this was the nicest hair I could find in that store, so I didnt feel the need to exchange. I seen the options, I didnt like them. Yall I get back to the store, and she tells me she doesnt do returns! $72!!!!!!! And you wont give me my money back!!!! She gave me a funky a** gift card and thats it. I wont return. And Im honestly thinking abt fighting that no return policy. I mean the hair was unopened. Not even touched. Had the receipt. And it was only 5 hours later I went to return the hair. And then she kept talking. Im trying to make a decision, she was rushing me. Im 32 years old. Never written a review. These people profit off of women like me, who keep their hair done, and this was my 10th+ visit to this store. I was coming here back when she gave you stamps to earn a discount. She lost a good customer over this. And yes, she had one sign, above the hair straighteners, and I thought it was for that product ONLY . Thats the only barely visible spot. I can only hope people see it. I will not return where someone controls my hard earned money like that. Will not be returning at all. And I spend MONEY with this store at least once a month. Im actually super disappointed and dissatisfied.
