My husband and I hired Brooke for my bridal makeup and my husbands hair on our wedding day in September. When I contacted the salon, Pam responded almost immediately to let me know that she wasnt available for our day, and offered Brookes services instead. We had a trial with Brooke and loved her and her work!! Brooke was absolutely awesome in every way - easy to communicate with, beautiful work, punctual, friendly and easy to hang out with on the big day, and she even stuck around for a while to make sure everything was perfect before we headed to our venue. We couldnt have been happier with the level of service we received and her pricing is very reasonable! Would highly recommend to any brides in the area :)

Worst customer service.. Hanging up on face? Since the customer was not clear and asking for the second time for clarity/confirmation if there is any possibility.. they just hung up.. is this the way you deal with your customers?
