StoryPoint Chattanooga

The staff is amazing. The facility is clean and updated. The residents get personal care which is awesome. They know everyone by name. The food is good and has lots of options, the chef seems to care about what the residents want. Theres an outdoor courtyard within the facility which is nice. They have a wide variety of well planned activities within the facility and also out in the community. A great establishment.

I toured this facility for my mom recently with Lisa. She was so nice and seemed genuinely concerned about my mom's needs and my concerns for my mom. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. As we were touring, she knew the other residents names and would greet them as well. I was very impressed. This was a very pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic tour with Lisa and so enjoyed our visit. Storypoint is a top notch community in Chattanooga and the staff and residents were very happy during our time there. We will definitely put Storypoint Chattanooga on the top of our list while we get closer to a move in point. The management team has been in place for decades in some cases. They obviously love what they do and it shows. The community was extremely clean and well maintained. The receptionist Mary was very welcoming and the Executive Director was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and market in Chattanooga. Love this community!!
