Stoltz co team was great to work with from start to finish. They helped us design a building to meet our needs, and even had a 3d drawing to show how it would look before starting. Which is nice when picking out colors, style, and door locations. A monitor barn with a shop space and outside stalls. Not just an off the shelf plan. Building went up fast with top quality materials and craftsmanship. We would 1000% use them again

First, I must convey how impressed we are with StolzCo family!
From our first conversation with Will,
I felt we chose wisely in having one of their team members come out to view our space, and help us create a pole barn on our property. This only took a few days for Shawn to arrive and begin designing our dream pole barn together.
From that first visit with Shawn, there were many things to consider. We
had an exciting plan and were ready to go. Unfortunately we had to change it, to accommodate the space/property line, an existing pool and our budget.
Will and Shawn kept in touch with us while we were in the decision process. During this time our schedules became full again, which took us a little longer to start this project wirh them.
Will and Shawn knew we had a time frame, they were more than willing to work with us. Once we got going, the rain hit and when I say rain, it became a deluge out here, a muddy mosh pit! How were these guys ever going to begin working, as the weather was not cooperating at all?
Low in behold, suddenly a Redbox dumpster arrived, George (driver) with Redbox was wonderful, very respectful of our property and placed the RB in the best spot for us to get in and out, as well a a perfect spot for the StolzCo crew, not having to walk 500 feet or more to discard materials.
Then a few days later in the rain, while there was a break, Will showed up with several of his employees, they got right to work. We were quite impressed, here they were beginning to shape the land for the pole barn. We watched the magic start to begin.
From that moment on, a few days later after the rain had stopped, a crew of people came and started to build. Impressive it was, to watch these gentlemen create a barn from the ground up. My husband was blessed to be off for the end of November and all of December, so he could see everything that went on. Providing coffee every morning for the crew. Temperatures dropped, rainfall almost everyday, yet they continued to work despite all weather challenges.
All in all this took a little longer than expected, again due to the weather. There were no complaints whatsoever, as my husband throughly enjoyed seeing the StoltzCo crew on an daily basis. Neither one of us would have wanted it any other way. Something amazing was happening outside, that gave us something to look forward to, during the cold, cloudy, rainy days.
I can not express our gratitude enough for Will, Shawn, Mahlon and the entire crew of StolzCo, as well as RedBox dumpsters. Everyone made this process so easy, from the first phone call, to the pick up of the RedBox. We are humbly grateful for their stellar service and the highly quality pole barn they built for us.
Our neighbors all want one, and were blown way at the style, colors we chose, how it blends with our home and space, the amazing craftsmanship delivered by StolzCo. Bravo gentlemen, you exceeded our expectations!
One last note I must share, if they suggest a certain size, go with it. They are the experts and see the space better than we did. We love our barn no doubt, starting using it the day the doors went up. Unfortunately we did not realize the amount of stuff we have, and could have definitely benefited more with their recommendation. Our budget was also a factor. If we were not in the need it now situation and had a little more time, a little larger budget, we would have chosen the size they recommend. Still our barn is amazing, just perfect inside and out, we are very grateful!
Lastly.. thank you for hanging in there, to read this long review. If you choose StolzCo, believe us when we say, you will be more than grateful you chose to call them. I know we are!
