Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Carthage, TN

Used this place three times now and my last visit ruined my respect for this place went in with an infected area from a cut they literally did nothing with visible swelling and doctor didn’t take a culture or anything and prescribed me antibiotics that did not even work and the next day I had turned extremely sick with a fever of 101 so I found a new physician to try I ended up having a severe staph infection and I was close to having to be hospitalized because of it I felt pretty neglected by the staff…. Don’t get me wrong nice people I just felt neglected and treated in a lazy manner. I gave them a 2 because the first 2 visits went well but they were also basic visits

As always each time I visit it is clean neat organized and friendly service from the receptionist to the Doctor. I recommend it highly!

On October 17, 2021 went in with swollen lymph node on left side of neck and bell's palsy starting back up no there symptoms and dr was only interested in me taking covid test even though no symptoms. Not everything is covid. Covid is being pushed in our faces even when haven't been exposed. If this dr is on staff I will not return to this location.
