Checked myself into the ER in the middle of the night for severe pain. Care took a long time but that was to be expected. Beyond that every single person that helped me was very helpful and sweet, including the nurses and the doctor. Thank you!

If you are mean enough and wanting to get rid of someone you hate in your family, then take them here, they will kill them. I wouldn't take a worm out to this place. Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional people who work here. My mom waited nearly 5 hours when she had bronchitis, high fever and body aches. Got there at 6pm, it was almost 11pm and still noone attended her, so she went home, but they would take an idiot on drugs who looked to me to have hit himself in the head with something just so he could get feel good medication. This place needs shut down. Horrible, and anyone who could fathom to leave 5 stars and brag on this horrible facility is insane. If I could leave no stars I would, but I can't, so this is why I'm only leaving 1. Folks, it's worth taking the hour drive to TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson. Don't attempt to ask me to call to resolve any issues because, any West Tennessee Health affiliate is a bunch of idiots. I rate your hospital a 0.5.
