        I came with a group of friends for some rest & relaxation. The Villa was beautifully decorated, scenery was gorgeous. I enjoyed getting away from all the noise & business. Was able to see some turkeys prancing around, feed the animals, went kayaking and saw the rest of the property. I definitely recommend for any event from wedding, family reunion, conference, school events, etc....possibilities are limitless. Hosts are caring & generous!

        We had an amazing time with our family at Hiwassee Acres. The owners were the most gracious and responsive to our needs hosts weve had in a long time. There was so much to do here, we almost never left the property. We look forward to booking our next family get together at the Hiwassee Acres next year! Rooms: Spacious and accommodating. Nearby activities: Hiking, kayaking, jacuzzi tub, game room, working farm, pickle ball court, frisbee golf, campfire by a pond with fish.

        Nice quiet weekend getaway. We saw a bald eagle, deer, turkeys, woodchuck and squirrels. The grounds were well kept and lots of space to walk. Our hosts were very attentive. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. Recommend 100%.
