These people are very rude left my brother with out air for 2 months. And in my opinion I wouldn't call them to cool or heat my dogs house.

Not only did Randy and his staff perform a wonderful job on installation of a New Heat Pump last year, but were just now able to do the impossible and replace board and get Gas swimming pool heater up and running again. Thorough, efficient, no-nonsense, get the job done right the first time service. I realize that many posts are those upset if something just doesn't go their way. I find it time to brag on them for quality service, whereas most would just say, "that is what is expected". I should have done this already myself. Thanks Randy!!

Poor customer service, never returns calls (3 times), doesn't show up as promised. Even states they came and crawled under my house, amazing cuz I'm here, crawl space trap never moved!
