If this is the "Brian" I think it is, I have repeatedly over the years told you I will not represent you against your family members. If you think about it, you will know just why I will not do so. I agree with you that your mother was a wonderful person; however, you were not her only heir and her Last Will and Testament reflected that as well as her wishes on division of her property. My office had absolutely no fault in your unhappiness with the Will or with your family members. Your mother's Will was probated more than eight years ago. In my 43 years of practicing law, I have primarily handled wills and estates. I have handled small estates, multimillion dollar estates, trusts, etc. The bad review you posted was completely uncalled for and frankly I am highly peeved you posted such blatant and slanderous lies.
