        I contacted real estate agent Erin Elise and told her what I had for sale she told me that she would run comps and that she would call me back and she's never called me back. If they can't get you to lower your price well below the value of what you want to get out of your home so they can make a quick cash sale they won't bother calling you back. It's no longer about the customer they're just trying to talk to customer in to taking way less than what the house is worth so they can make a fast sale just so they can get their commission and fees.
