John is the best doctor I have ever met. He is super informative and down to earth gives you tips about bettering your health and life goals. just honestly a really good guy and even better doctor , Laura at the front desk super helpful and got me signed in very fast And answered any questions I needed answers to 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anybody. I know if I could give 10 stars I would.

No hurry here. Schedule your whole day around this place. It was horrible and I usually don't write a review on anything.

The staff is in Wal-Mart's pocket. If you work at Wal-Mart, you better hope the injury is a broken bone, because your injury won't heal properly. The doctor will send you back to work and Wal-Mart won't send you home, so your injury can't heal because you're on your feet most of your shift. I would not recommend.

Just moved back from New Mexico and my first time in this facility in 6 years before becoming Ballad.
The people are nice and courteous and presently helpful and informative.
That's all I can say at the moment.

Took my son for a pre employment drug screen. Arrived with one patient ahead of us. 30 minutes the nurse finally took him for his urine test, also his vision, hearing, and other screenings all while we waited for a simple urine screen. One nurse doing everything all while the other 4 I watched sit calmly on their phones. By this time the 4 seat waiting room is packed due to social distancing. Been here before same story.
