My experience with this office and Dr. Veluru wasn't horrible, but it definitely wasn't good. Took about 3 months to get in for appt. They have a friendly gal working the front desk, Lisa. She was the most pleasant of everyone I encountered and that includes the Dr. I was not happy with the interaction I had with Dr. Veluru. She lacks empathy and people skills. Her attitude carries thru to her staff as well. My prescription hasn't been called in yet, 3 calls to this office and I can't get an answer as to why it hasn't. Hopefully I can find another Endocrinologist and get better results .
