So this review is in two parts first part is the one employee was very disrespectful about a certain ID I gave and or un educated or unknowlegable about it Second part the one nice lady teller who helped me with my western union was very nice did an amazing job and honestly should get a raise

This must be the best Regions in the whole company. The staff are genuine, and the manager clearly knows how to do her job. I wish more banks could operate this way.

Ashley is a complete uneducated idiot.... worse customer service I've ever experienced! YOU ALL NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!! THIS LADY HAS CAUSED OUR FAMILY SO MUCH HEADACHE BECAUSE SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING AND SHE IS VERY CARELESS WITH CUSTOMER INFORMATION! SHE CAUSED MONEY TO BE LOST FROM OUR ACCOUNT AS WELL!!! VERY HORRIBLE BANK... IF YOUR CONSIDERING BANKING HERE... DONT!!!! THIS PLACE COULD BE RUN BETTER IF PRESCHOOLERS WERE RUNNING IT!

Had probably the worse experience of my life at this bank, a lady "more like a younger girl" who claims to be a bank vice president I think her name was Aleshia or Ashley can't remember because the actions were so unprofessional left me in shock of how this employee was speaking to my husband and then to me and her bad attitude toward me. I didn't think it was appropriate for bank employees to flirt with someone else's husband! I was asking questions regarding our account "our as in mine and my husbands" and she interupted me while asking a question and said he seems like a smart man you can let him deal with it , seriously like having me not ask anything so she can keep talking to him wow!!!!! We have closed our account due to this and have switched to First Horizon!

understaffed or something. 1 person working when theres space for 6. long line waiting 20+ minutes just to cash a check. absolutely ridiculous.
