        I believe that American Pool is the best pool company in Shelby County. My husband and I have been so pleased with the work they did! The communication was always great! They are fair in their pricing! They always cleaned up the mess! They are a happy bunch of people and love what they do! Jonas has the best crew!

        I just had my pool resurfaced by American Pool Techs. I can tell you from start to finish Jonas and his guys were great. I received a quote faster than all the rest and within a short time, I had a brand-new pool.

        I recently had an inground pool placed by American Pool Techs. There were a few pros and cons. My husband and i thought he would be onsite more. But his people were mostly dependable. Mr Jonas (the owner) was great. He was easy to communicate with and pretty available to speak with. I was unhappy with the concrete guy who tried to be a fast talker and inconsiderate human being. I have no eyes for concrete and the set up and lay out. Thankfully my husband does. Otherwise we would have been tripping over the pool deck running into the walk way. It was changed without notice and designed to run right into the walk way. He knew it was wrong but apparently didn't care. I had to call Mr Jonas to speak with him before it turned ugly. Ultimatley my husband told them how it should have been done. I also recommend that you make sure to ask all the questions and options. A few things slid by me being that we conversed a lot over the phone and email instead of in person. Some things were optional and I didn't find out til later. Mostly the customer was good.

        My experience with Jonas at American Pool Tech was a good one. First of all the quote that I received was very reasonable. Jonas would brief me each week on what the crew would be doing that week. Aramis the job foreman kept everything clean and picked up and took the time to answer my questions. I recommend American Pool Techs for your pool installation.

        These guys were great. American was able to work on our timeline and did a fantastic job. This is the second time we have had our pool replastered. The first time someone else did it and every time we swept for two weeks there was just a cloud of dust. Not so with Jonas and his crew. they worked all day on the plaster and when we sweep there is no dust. I would highly recommend them to everyone
