        I send my pictures they sent me an estimate, then I schedule an appointment to browse the fabric I came to the appointment and no body was there no one answer the phone very bad customer service.

      Hi Rula,We are sorry that you feel you did not receive the service you expected. We see you made an appointment through our site on 12/14 and we emailed you on 12/15 letting you know that we would be closed during the week of Christmas and returning on January 2nd. We're sorry that you did not see it. We responded to you on 12/28 after you emailed us about no one being at the office as well letting you know that our office was closed for the holidays and that you could come in any time this week. We called you this morning as a follow up, however no one answered. We appreciate your consideration and wish you the best.
