Elizabeth was absolute joy to work with! We came to Tennessee with no idea where to even begin. She helped guide us find a home that we were truly happy with. Elizabeth answered every question we had with no problem. She tackled any challenges that we had head on and was very professional. She made sure that we got everything we wanted in a home and more! She is an effective communicator and is very detail oriented! Elizabeth is NOT just looking for a commission, she truly cares about her clients and wants them to be happy. Elizabeth is among the best Franklin Tn realtors. I am a real estate investor and she assisted me in every way possible. As my buyers agent she make the procedure smooth and efficient. I was having trouble finding the rental property That fit my needs from my search due to low inventory, Somehow Elizabeth Found me a fantastic duplex property in Franklin Tn that was not listed on the market and was absolutely perfect. She's constantly on top of things and fixes problems that can come up before they happen if you take her advice. She was well prepared to answer any questions that I had. From offer to close my transaction with her was the smoothest I have ever had. She is by far the Best Realtor I have ever worked with (I have worked with many in different states) I highly recommend her. Her office at Synergy Realty Group is a great place to sign contracts if needed.

We cant recommend Elizabeth enough! She is very thorough starting with research of the area, to publishing commercial grade videos and photos of the home, all the way to making sure you get the best deal at closing. She takes the guess work for the seller out of the equation! I fully trust and would recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She knows her stuff and will always have your back as an agent! She is the BEST agent in TN! Guaranteed! She sold our house in literally 6 hours and the market is not hot like it once was!
