        The pediatric dental hygenists are not very friendly. Theres only one that has consistently been nice. Dr. Alex Hendricks is absolutely wonderful, kind and informative.

        The dentist himself is good, but I have been waiting over 7 months for a refund. It took 2 months following up with them to figure out my insurance never received the claim, and 2 months after they resent it I followed up with my insurance directly only to find out that the information they sent was incomplete...? Another 3 months later and I've been told multiple times that my refund is on their list and it will be mailed. As of now, still nothing.....
