we had always used Staples. now told to order from here. well, where / how to locate the catalog? I click office takes me no where. non user friendly Big time . better off going to the store myself.

Worst company ever! Lack of communication, poor management. This company is a joke!

Our company switched from ordering directly from Staples to ordering through guy brown, for Staples. I have no idea why as it has only created issues. It's like, this was a solution to a problem that didn't exist but has created problems of it's own. Someone in my company got bamboozled into contracting with this company. Literally, out of the 12 bullet points that was put out on why we're adding a middle man, the only one that isn't just a jumble of buzzwords is 'Overall Savings' and I have seen no price difference or savings. I seriously have no idea why this company exists. They must have excellent pitch people.
