Vanderbilt Health and Williamson Medical Center Walk-In Clinic Brentwood

Please be careful with your belonging! MY PHONE WAS STOLEN. I went to the clinic to test for covid. When I weighed in, I placed my phone on the brown table next to it. Once I made it to the room to see the Dr., MY PHONE WAS STOLEN. I am in shock and in disbelief that my phone could be stolen at a clinic. Please be careful!!!

Not recommended, go somewhere else. They are understaffed. We have been waiting all day for this appointment and only upon arrival they let us know that waiting time is one and a half hours. Really unacceptable.

Other than the first time I came here, which I think was a fluke, I've felt like the team provided great service. Everyone is very nice. The place is very clean. The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I've been here about 6 times in the past 3 years.

I was here at 4:35 pm today, Sept 2nd 2023. The "Walk-in" clinic is open till 5pm today, but I was told that you have to come before 4:30 pm to see a doctor. They should change the Open Hours to 8-4:30 pm, instead of 8-5pm. Front desk rep was Keisha.

Although the nurse practitioner I saw last week was very helpful and nice. I show up today for follow up because my symptoms are not improving and I'm told by the incompetent workers up front that they don't accept my Insurance and that I will have to pay for my visit from last week. And I would've known if I had not used a kiosk to check in!! I don't like using a kiosk but the lazy lady that was playing on her phone told me to use a kiosk to check inNow you're telling me i'm stuck with a bill? Ridiculous.
