Bonners Lawn & Landscape

Zero response after multiple attempts to contact Scott. Several trees and bushes died due to insufficient irrigation. Neither Scott nor his irrigation company would respond. We've had to start over on multiple fronts which is very frustrating. We did learn that we way overpaid for the landscaping services and the irrigation company didn't even connect multiple zones. Would not recommend...very disappointing.

Terribly unresponsive, horrible customer service. Showed up at my property and did $800 of work I DID NOT ASK FOR and have been harassing me to pay them ever since. The office manager Carol just called to threaten me she is going to send the bill to collections. Too bad for Carol I have EVERYTHING documented via email. WORST EVER.

We did over $40,000 of landscaping with Bonner Landscaping and have had a miserable experience. 1) Does not respond to messages, 2) Does not honor his warranty on trees that die, 3) Unprofessional in how he leaves the project - examples include leaving areas around tree removal messy/unorganized, 4) Did not manage his sub-contractor for irrigation at all. We did thousands of dollars of irrigation work through Bonner and nothing worked properly resulting in more issues. We have given him multiple opportunities to do the right thing to no avail. Awful.
