I had the best experience with Shianne and Liberty Mutual. Shianne made it so easy to get my new home and auto policies. When I had to file my first claim, it couldn't have been a better experience! I filed a claim and within a week, I received a check in the mail for the damages. I highly recommend both Shianne and Liberty Mutual!

Shianne ended up saving me over $1,600 per year! She is extremely responsive and goes up and above what is required as an agent. Shianne took the time to explain each item to me and gave her suggestions. Nobody has ever done this before. I greatly appreciated her expertise. Highly recommend!
