        Tom Law dropped the ball and didn’t have the integrity to admit his mistake. I’ve filed a complaint with the TN Department of Commerce with the hope they can prevent his carelessness and lack of follow through from negatively impacting others.

        When my family needed to change health insurance plans after my losing the employer-based plan we had been on for 10 years, we didn't know where to start. We were referred to another health insurance broker who gave me the brush-off because I had a pre-existing condition. Then I met Tom Law with HealthMarkets.
