The Maids in Brentwood and Franklin

Scheduled with them a month ago. This morning they were a no show. My wife called and was told they fired the manager that set our appointment and they were running late with cleaning today so made the decision to cancel our cleaning (first of day) to catch up with others. Very frustrated!!! They did offer to come next week but our trust is shattered. Would have understood if they were late, but to cancel us for their other customers. -Update 01 March, we reached out to The Maids and have been offered 25% off our first service. I will update this as things go forward. - update 8 March, cleaners came, they were nice, a team of five came by, hit the house for an hour. Some confusion as we tried to pay. I think they are still transitioning with a new management team. I appreciate the effort to make this right.

We have used The Maids for about a year (every other week). The quality of cleaning is always good and fast. They are pretty good at communication, though everyone can have a couple mishaps. The workers have all been friendly and respectful. We keep our house generally clean, so a standard cleaning leaves our house spotless. Service: Standard cleaning

While I wasnt extremely disappointed, I also was not thrilled with the clean I received for the money I paid. I had to go behind the team that cleaned my home and clean sticky areas off my counters and floors in my kitchen. The website and the person I spoke with to book stated baseboards were included in their deep clean, but there are multiple areas of baseboard that dont appear to have been touched. Any glass that was cleaned is very streaky. Bottom line is that the clean was nothing spectacular and I gave them money for a job 4 women did that I could have done and saved the money. They estimated needing between and hour and a half and two hours to clean my home with the square footage, and they were in and out in less than an hour. To me, that speaks to a rushed job that lacked a good bit of detail. I wont spend my money that way again. Service: Deep clean
