        Caution when your plans change! I visit this hotel twice a month and never had an issue. Canceled day before check in due to business changing and got charged for night. Abigail was no help even when you have status with Marriott or refer guests here.

        Prescription eyeglasses were left in the room and vanished after my stay. I called several times in regards to these glasses and nobody ever returned my call. I drove 3 hours to come back to this property to try and retrieve my glasses only to be told to use some 3rd party website to better find them.
