un professionalism , the realtor checked our hand and got the EM then we were expecting a signed contract but the builder took another offer from another buyer after builder's realtor promised to return the contract signed, I know that the contract isn't effective until it gets signed but still the communication has to be better, the realtor suppose to inform the seller about a contract signed by a buyer which means the buyer already under the impression to get a signed contract by both parties but the seller delayed the signature and accepted another offer. the bad communication cost the buyer money since he is self employed and went to file his taxes higher than expected to be able to get final approval. builder his no ethics delaying the signature to get higher offers when he asked buyer to submit earnest money.

Tim Wilgers at Celebration in Walton's Grove was an excellent resource. The entire process went superb with him helping us along the way. The process was agile, and where there were issues, Tim helped get them resolved. We ran into an issue towards the tail end of the process, but we were able to work with Tim and Celebration to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, I feel lucky to have found Celebration Homes as they are semi-custom and could really offer us everything we wanted in our dream home! You read about home builders that try to cut corners or refuse to do stuff after you sign on the dotted line, however Celebration is not like that. They truly have pride in their work and I am so pleased with our end result. Service: New construction services
