It's bad when I am on time and have to wait on the stylist to get to work. It's unprofessional so far. Even if my hair is perfect, I still deduct points for having to wait on someone who is late all the time, according to the receptionist. Annnnnd the haircoloring was bad. Not what I asked for and brassy. I should not have left, but she was doing too much, and I wanted to leave asap. Will not be back.

The Salon isnt upscale at all. They dont have any refreshments just a water cooler. Theres no receptionist to greet you, basically nothing to brag about Except the Talented Hair Stylists! They are Great at what they do! If you want a shampoo, fresh cut, style, color or manicure or pedicure they will take care of you!
Remember too that they are Amazing so its possible that you may have to wait while they finish the client in front of you. Be sure to allow yourself additional time for your visit and traffic. Its so worth it;)

I had my hair done with Adele this weekend. It was a wonderful experience! Adele is very pleasant and did a wonderful job on my cut and highlights.
