Alright, I don't normally do these but yeah this is a different case...went there for my consultation and was greeted very professionally and politely by Wendy. She did everything that was required for her to do. Started my consultation with Erica Bond, also very nice and informative. I was just doing some research and window shopping and informed Erica that I wanted to regrow what I have now. She gave me the options available and convinced me for sure that I was going to get the laser hair growth cap and what it came with, just not right now but in a few months when I could afford it. The consultation was ended on a friendly and professional terms. I was told to talk with Wendy to be sure that I could come back in a few months to get services and treatments. She was with another client so I waited in waiting room. Here's where the one star comes at. I waited for about five minutes, no big deal got no plans, when I heard Wendy enter the reception office and I guess return a call from Erica, which she went over the consultation, at which point I heard Erica tell Wendy "Bro, his hair isn't going to grow back. There is no way." and Wendy responded with "Well we aren't miracle workers." and heard chuckling from both people. I stood up and left...Wow, I can't believe what I heard...if people pay 1k-7k for treatments, it is very unprofessional and disheartening to hear that, especially when you have a potential new customer. After hearing that, I'm going to start shaving my head again because self confidence just got shot down and even more body disforia has been established. Thank Hairclub

After having repeat, disastrous, and very disappointing outcomes with TWO other area HC centers...I returned "home" to the Nashville location. Thelma and Tiffany have exceeded my expectations and have restored my faith in the HC brand. Thank you Nashville for bringing it!!

I cannot say enough good things about this club. They make a big difference in my life. They have been tremendously helpful, kind pleasant I just want them to know how grateful I am for the service that they provide for me.
