Honestly, I get terrible dental anxiety. Did not have it here at all. The dental hygienist Taylor was amazing. So sweet, professional, and honest. Truly was a pleasure meeting/get my teeth cleaned by her. Everyone I spoke to in the office was so kind, and the wait was minimal. If youre looking for a dental office 10/10 recommend coming here! (Non-judgmental and super professional!)

Wow! Blown away by the friendliness, knowledge, and cleanliness of this dentist office. Dr. U is quick, to the point, and explains in detail. The front desk ladies, techs, and assistants are so kind, patient, conversational, and you can tell they love their job. My former dentist stopped taking my insurance and Im so glad I switched.

I was trying to get my teeth whitened after my cleaning, but the product was out, no problem. When I showed up for my whitening the following week, I had to reschedule it because they didnt have the product in house again. When I was rescheduling, the times didnt really work and the front desk girl was trying to figure out how to shorten the whitening from 2 hours to 1 hour. Which made absolutely no sense. How do you even try to shorten this?! I wanted to speak to the manager, but I was told she wasnt there. I later found out that she was in her office. The front desk is extremely unprofessional and rather confused. When I called to speak to the manager later that day, and try and clear up the situation, she called me two weeks later, and was trying to come up with every excuse in the book as to why her front desk cant seem to get it together. All she had to do was apologize and rectify the situation, but that seemed too difficult for her. My neighbor, also had an issue with the front desk. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.
