I had an absolutely terrible experience, I purchased three vokey wedges and chipped a couple of times on my carpet decided the bounce wasn't right went to exchange the club and was told they would give me 37 dollars in trade because I used it even though it looked perfect, asked if they could look up my purchase on the computer and they said that would be too much hassle, I drove all the way to Edwin Watts and they gave me over a hundred dollars in trade even though I didn't purchase the wedge from them. The difference is your competitor wanted my business, I will continue to drive to Nashville I will never return to your store , I don't leave reveiws I don't have time but I thought someone should know.

Great experience buying used clubs. Having simulators open to test out the clubs is the greatest thing Ive seen. Just freely allowing customers to test out clubs is great and it allowed for a quick and easy process. Got a great deal on some pre owned titleist that look brand new. Thank you

Blind leading the blind in this store. Had a simple exchange of sizes, and three team members could not figure out how to complete an exchange. The manager, Zac Curtis was nowhere to be found, as I asked to speak with him, but he was too preoccupied to come out and have a face-to-face with a customer. If your team is unable to process a simple exchange, then you need to get a new team or manage your store. Unacceptable.

U can test out driver in simulation center with no charge. Friendly staff as well.

Terrible customer service. Bought grips and asked them to regrip them and they acted like I was a major inconvenience.
