        We were and are very pleased with the entire process of ordering the car, communications during the build time and delivery. Max Deselin was very professional and a relief from other auto sales personnel we have encountered. Bosco Le from the finance dept. was very professional, personable and made that part of our experience seem like we were talking with a friend. My wife and I would certainly purchase another vehicle from Volvo Cars, Cool Springs.
