Gregory was amazing! We were SO stressed out about the fraudulent charges on my card but Greg took care of everything in one sitting. He was professional and personable. Talked to us as if we were both old friends and important customers, truly an amazing guy!

Im so frustrated with this bank. Ive banked with Suntrust for over 4 years, and after having a credit score of 815 I came to them to get a business auto loan. The agent who helped me told me my loan was approved pending documentations. I brought everything they asked me for and after spending almost the entire day at the branch I was stole my loan was denied. So frustrating that it took them so much time to get this trough and wasted so much of my time after being a loyal costumer.

Probably the weirdest exchange Ive had at this bank. Ive enjoyed coming here until today I went to deposit a check and the woman at the window was cold and robotic. I was the only one in line and she took a while to answer the call so I thought no one was there and started to move my car. Then she finally appeared and I requested to deposit a check. She said, okay, give me your debit card which I thought sounded strange but it was hard to heard. I put the check and my card in, there was no other response but my card came back after a while with a receipt. With the bank run going on, this is making me reconsider having my money here. It was disturbing to have a bank member say little to nothing and to not have a basic verbal exchange in a place Im supposed to keep my money at. Im reconsidering having my money with you all at this point.
