        I had an e-mail confirmation for an appointment for July 26 at 4:00 pm at the Maryland Way location for a Medallion certification. I arrived on time with all the paperwork only to find that the only person who could do a Medallion certification had left early for the day. This is poor customer service.

        GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jeremy was SO helpful in getting my account closed! I live in Fairview and since there is not a local regions I decided it made more sense to switch. He was so helpful in helping me close it during covid and helping me combat some automatic withdrawals that caused overdrafts. Thank you!
