        Ridiculously bad service! If you have $ and would like access to it, do not bank here. I initiated an outgoing wire transfer and it has been held up for 5 days with no one call to update me on why it has not gone thru. no one answers the phone at this branch and after being on hold for an hour, no exaggeration with customer service, a recording came on to say try again later. So disappointed! Transferring our accounts elsewhere
