I've been a client of Osborne & Co for 30 years. They handled both my business accounting and filings and personal filings. The sound financial advice I've received over the years has saved me thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. I've never experienced any communication issues but then I'm a longstanding client. Just wanted to say thanks.

If you're a small business owner - MOVE ON! I hate to leave negative reviews but this is a small business death wish in the age of reviews. SBO's have an unspoken code that we take care of each other. Not these guys. I am a small business owner/health care provider operating a private practice in Brentwood TN. I have been a loyal client of O & Co since 2016 and have made several referrals to them. This year they completely dropped the ball. Not only dropped the ball but dropped off the map.
I emailed them on March 25 with critically important questions regarding the changes in my business this year as well as the changes in my personal life. Becoming a single mom this year and being self-employed, I needed advice so badly. I received nothing. And that's just not okay. Again, I emailed on March 25 and i still have not received a response. Their website reports "Responsiveness" to be a top priority. Hmmm okay.
