West Tennessee Medical Group Cardiology (Bolivar)

One star because it wont let me put no stars! The doctor looked at my 1 year olds eye from 3 feet away with a light and determined from that and the fact that i have 1 dog inside that he had a bacterial infection (according to the lady that was sent in to put medication in my sons eye which we refused). The doctor didnt even tell us what was "wrong". Staff was great the doctor was NOT! This place is a joke!

The worse hospital/emergency room ever. They don't even check you out just assume whatever they think is wrong with you. Unprofessional and needs to be shut down for good.

Absolutely horrible, have been sitting in the waiting room for an hour now, haven't even been taken back for triage or talk to a nurse or Dr. at all.

They refused to see me at first because I didn't have a car to wait in. I had to keep calling them and finally they told me they would treat me and to come inside. It was in the twenties temperature wise and I had to wait between the entrance doors for an hour before begging them to let me in since my feet were numb and I had an upper respiratory infect. They refused to do chest xrays and the doctor spent two whole minutes in my room telling me it was either covid or the flu even though I told him I always get bronchitis this time of year. Surprise, the results came back negative for both and they still refused to properly listen to my lungs or do an xray. The vitals machine didn't work nor did the vitals machine in the room. The nurse was complaining the whole time about her coworks never doing their jobs...this was the worst experience I had in a hospital in years. Please take your time and go to a different hospital for medical care.
