From the 1st time that we communicate with David from getting a estimate for the roof to the last piece of metal that was put on was a wonderful experience and was completed in a very timely manner, we would recommend this company and group for any roofing needs.

I did not have a good experience with Omnia. They sent a contractor who had been fired from them before and is now supposedly fired again. This contractor tried to pull fast ones with workmanship and flat out lied to me. He also told me the roof would be done in 1 day and it took 3 full days. He was late everyday and didnt do a good job cleaning up. Also, the materials delivery was missing materials and there were materials delivered that I was charged for that werent needed for the job. When I addressed the issues with salesman I was told he would fix everything and that he would do the gutter portion of the job for free and it would be done in a week. Soon after he said it would be done for free he changed his story to giving a discount, that it wasnt up to him. 2 weeks later, his A team showed up to do a simple gutter job and I watched them struggle for 4-5 hours to install one section of gutters. I was told materials werent ready and that the original measurements werent correct. After the first day with little work done, I put a hose to the roof and the section of gutter that was installed was holding over an inch of water. When the workers showed up the next day, I tried to address that, and was immediately met with resistance and arguments from the ground without even checking it. After one of the crew got on a ladder he said, yeah there is too much water in here. The 2nd day they installed the rest of the gutters, but no downspouts. That night we had a heavy rain and 2 other sections were holding an inch of water. I addressed it again and again was met with arguments. They finally finished after 3 days on something that should have taken less than a day. The owner did talk to me and offered me a $1000 discount after I was told it would be for free, then no not free, a $500 discount. After I received the invoice I emailed them with some questions about how to pay and the workmanship of the gutters and didnt get a reply. A week later I sent a 2nd email saying how unimpressed I was given all the issues, and the owner called me and after a lengthy discussion he decided not to charge me at all for the gutters. They also quoted me on my detached garage at a much higher price per unit than the house, which was a less complex job than the house. I believe this was done to try and recoup any discount given. Obviously they are not getting anymore of my businessOverall I would say the roof job is ok, but they are not Gutter installers by any stretch. They over-promised and under-delivered.
