Barrett's River Lodge on South Holston River

Well, the trip was very good, the house is very good, we didn't have any problems, I recommend it Walkability: You have to go by car but everything is fine, the mountains are a mile away

We enjoyed our 4 day and night vacation at Barretts river lodge. Very clean and nicely furnished. Host was very accommodating and answered any questions that we had. The only thing that could be better would be for guest to be able to drive around to kitchen entrance to load and unload upon arriving and leaving. The steps are very steep and makes it very hard on older people when loading and unloading. The private dock was Awesome and we will definitely be making this our yearly family get away.

Great host. Everything was as described. Plenty of room, very clean well supplied, beauty dock overlooking the river. Made great memories with our friends from Lake Greenwood Powerboat Club . We will be back.
